Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera/Sabre preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if driving required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
