Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues with a smile.
- Manage the front desk operations, including phone lines, emails, and walk-ins.
- Assist guests with local transportation, dining recommendations, and special requests.
- Perform security checks and ensure the lobby area is pristine and welcoming.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance daily reports at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
