Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identities and collecting payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and public areas to reflect our high standards of excellence.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination and room preparation when needed.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions with strict adherence to hotel policies.
- Upsell amenities and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
