Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests and handle all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing payments accurately.
- Reservations: Assist with booking rooms, managing reservations, and updating room status in the property management system.
- Concierge: Offer local recommendations and assist with special requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Communication: Relay important messages to departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met.
- Security: Monitor security cameras and access points to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the housekeeping and bell staff to ensure the lobby and guest areas are pristine.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency with MS Office and hotel management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
