Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Reservations: Assist with reservation modifications and cancellations with accuracy and speed.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Communicate maintenance requests and housekeeping needs to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
