Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls.
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with precision.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
