Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and professionalism
- Assist with luggage and special guest requests
Qualifications
