Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize PMS software for reservations and room assignments
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Knowledge of Orlando tourism assets advantageous
