As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and transfer calls appropriately.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in coordinating room service and housekeeping requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
