Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage service.

  • Manage the hotel budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high employee retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a full-service property.
  • Proven track record of successful budget management and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
