Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are prepared according to strict brand standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive attitude.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Follow all safety, security, and health regulations.
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning quotas and turnover goals.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
