Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries and special requests.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict adherence to company financial policies.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
