Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring all necessary registration information is collected.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and verify charges to guest rooms.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
