Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional front-desk service and assistance.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and public areas to meet our high standards of presentation.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and reconcile daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
