Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance daily cash/credit transactions
- Upsell rooms, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Monitor security protocols and manage key systems for guest safety
- Collaborate with shift teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate reservation records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with PMS software (e.g., Opera, RoomKey)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license (for occasional errands)
