Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (morning/afternoon/overnight)
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas per brand standards
- Operate POS systems and process payments securely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest issues

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
