Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage front desk operations, including booking reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
