Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to phone calls and in-person questions regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with a helpful and friendly demeanor.
- Manage Reservations: Assist with booking rooms, updating guest information, and managing room availability using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Services: Address guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive stay experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Perform cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
- General Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area and lobby, ensuring the property reflects our high standards of hospitality.
- Security Checks: Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact clearly and politely with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional service experiences.
