Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about local attractions and services.
- Operations: Monitor front desk systems, handle cash transactions, and balance daily deposits with precision.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance requests and housekeeping needs to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals promptly.
- Security: Adhere to safety protocols and security systems to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Sales: Upsell room upgrades, dining packages, and other amenities to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a high standard of appearance and conduct, even during busy periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
