Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through the door.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, handle payments, and issue room keys using the property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, manage email inquiries, and relay messages to other departments promptly.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Concierge Support: Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation to guests.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply with a strong willingness to learn.
- Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Office applications.
- Interpersonal: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
