Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and a warm welcome for every guest.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces to uphold our brand image.
- Process payments and verify billing information accurately using our property management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
