Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on problem-solving.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed to ensure the property meets high standards.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily reports.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
