Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial records.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area, ensuring the reception desk and common areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and transfer lines promptly.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping requests and maintenance issues.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote special packages to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we welcome enthusiastic beginners.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby for extended periods.
- Friendly demeanor with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
