Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with a polite and professional tone.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and reception area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash handling according to company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet high standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any minor issues to ensure a pleasant stay.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation is required.
