We are seeking a Guest Services Associate to be the friendly face of our hotel. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Managing the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
- Providing accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options to guests.
- Handling cash transactions and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Resolving guest complaints and inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Assisting guests with luggage, parking arrangements, and special requests.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
