  • Reservations: Assist in managing room availability and processing reservation changes or special requests to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
  • Security & Access: Verify guest identification and ensure the security of the property by monitoring access points and assisting with lost and found inquiries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any maintenance issues reported by guests.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
  • Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite) and ability to learn new software quickly.
