Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable stay.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process reservations and update guest profiles in our management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues quickly.
Qualifications
