Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process at the front desk.
- Manage room reservations and maintain accurate guest profiles in our Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, corridors, and public areas.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations during every shift.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
