Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality guest service.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, resolving any complaints or special requests immediately.
- Manage and train front desk staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and onboarding.
- Monitor and maintain accurate hotel records, including occupancy rates, reservations, and guest profiles.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and financial reporting accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel front desk management.
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure.
