Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping staff schedules and assignments
- Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Train new housekeepers on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance department for room repairs
- Address guest room service requests promptly
- Conduct monthly performance reviews for team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (if driving company vehicle)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
