As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless check-in and check-out experience. We are looking for someone who can maintain high standards of service while mentoring our front-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Train, schedule, and supervise front desk agents and bell staff to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor and manage hotel security, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Process payments, handle cash handling, and prepare nightly financial reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest needs and room status.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, including supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
