We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the front desk team, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation management.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and resolve complaints or issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Assist in training new hires on property management systems (PMS) and guest service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and guest relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
