Responsibilities
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service are met at all times.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the hotel's database and billing systems.
- Ensure the security of the hotel and the safety of guests and staff at all times.
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform nightly audits and prepare necessary reports for management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or hotel management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Candidate must be available to work in the United States.
