Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Oversee room inventory, rates, and revenue management strategies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Implement and maintain brand service standards
- Handle escalated guest situations and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor daily financial reports and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk experience with supervisory background
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Hotel management degree or relevant certification preferred
