Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 200+ guest rooms and public areas
- Train and supervise 15+ housekeeping staff with performance reviews
- Coordinate deep cleaning schedules and special guest requests
- Monitor inventory control for cleaning supplies and linen
- Enforce safety protocols and sanitation standards (OSHA/EPA compliance)
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk departments
- Conduct room inspections to exceed brand quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel housekeeping management experience
- Valid DC hospitality certification preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English/Spanish bilingual communication required
- Pass background check and drug screening
