Responsibilities
- Deep clean and maintain 50+ luxury guest rooms to five-star standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen through automated tracking systems
- Train and mentor 10-person housekeeping team on new protocols
- Conduct daily room inspections using digital quality control tools
- Coordinate with engineering and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement sustainable cleaning practices and waste reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel housekeeping experience in high-volume properties
- Proficiency with Opera PMS and digital inventory management systems
- Valid NYC Housekeeping License and ServSafe certification
- Fluent English with multilingual communication skills preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and EPA-approved disinfectants
