Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Reservations Management: Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Guest Inquiries: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing questions regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Security & Access: Verify identification and manage room keys to ensure guest safety and privacy.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and inviting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or guest services is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
