Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Reservations Management: Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Inquiries: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing questions regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Security & Access: Verify identification and manage room keys to ensure guest safety and privacy.
- Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and inviting.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or issues with grace and escalate when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or guest services is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
