Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and a warm smile.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and email inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with grace, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming, organized, and pristine environment.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure 5-star service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or guest services.
- Strong computer proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
