Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional front desk support, check-in and check-out procedures, and assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions and amenities.
- Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Communication: Relay important messages, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Sales: Promote hotel packages, tours, and restaurant reservations to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Security: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) are a plus.
- Professionalism: Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during peak check-in times.
