Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management software.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues immediately to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
- Assist with package deliveries, mail sorting, and coordination of shuttle services.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
