Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, managing multi-line phone systems and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company financial policies.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Assist with concierge services, providing local recommendations and arranging transportation.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest safety and property security.
- Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently, escalating complex issues to the Shift Manager when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., luggage, boxes).
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in English language skills; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
