Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services with personalized recommendations for Kansas City attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Coordinate transportation, reservations, and special requests for high-profile clientele
- Manage VIP guest experiences including event planning and amenity coordination
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local events, venues, and seasonal highlights
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel concierge or guest services experience
- Deep knowledge of Kansas City's cultural scene, restaurants, and landmarks
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
