Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and optimize room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and hotel amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Support hotel events and VIP guest handling as required
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or high-end hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach attractions and transportation
