Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, guest rooms, and public areas.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with empathy and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Stay updated on local events and hotel amenities to make personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
