Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Handle inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with standard computer software and hotel management systems is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required for shuttle services (if applicable).
