Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage reservation systems and optimize occupancy rates
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams
- Implement and monitor hygiene/safety protocols
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive guest loyalty
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience
- Proven track record in guest satisfaction metrics
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
