Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and dusting surfaces
- Deep-clean public areas such as lobbies, restrooms, and conference spaces
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs promptly
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
- Provide personalized guest service when interacting with visitors
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
