- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with precision and attention to detail

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen with efficient stock rotation
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and sustainability practices
- Train junior staff on brand standards and cleaning techniques
- Address guest requests promptly and maintain discretion
- Report maintenance issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury hotel housekeeping experience required
- Knowledge of OSHA and ADA compliance standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred
