Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitization
- Change bed linens and replenish towels, amenities, and supplies daily
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly to management
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain organized supply closets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
