Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas according to luxury standards
- Execute detailed cleaning protocols including sanitization of high-touch surfaces
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requirements
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to optimize room turnover efficiency
- Report maintenance issues and ensure all safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
